What are research sandpits?
These are meetings designed to bring researchers and stakeholders together to work collaboratively and across academic disciplines on identified issues to develop innovative and effective research proposals. Our programme of sandpits will be held online to maximise the opportunities for participation.
When will they be held?
The provisional programme for the sandpits is as follows:
Wednesday 15th February 20:00 - 21:00 (Thailand and Vietnam), (13:00-14:00 UK) [Complete]
This will be a mainly informational session about the project and the call for proposals with opportunity to ask questions
Thursday 16th February 14:00 - 15:00 (Thailand and Vietnam), (07:00-08:00 UK) [Complete]
This will be a repeat of the introductory session for the benefit of people unable to attend the first session
Tuesday 21st February 16:00 - 18:00 (Thailand), (09:00-11:00 UK) [ZOOM-REGISTER]
A session to help build collaborative links and support proposal development for applicants from Thailand
Wednesday 22nd February 16:00 - 18:00 (Vietnam), (09:00-11:00 UK) [ZOOM-REGISTER]

Monday 27 February to Friday 3rd March - Sessions will be arranged depending on the needs of the applicant groups

These meetings will be held via Zoom - click on [ZOOM-REGISTER] next to the appropriate meeting date and fill in the short registration form. Once that is submitted you will receive a confirmation e-mail containing information about joining the meeting.
