Mausam Budhathoki, is a Marie Curie ITN PhD fellow (October 2022 to October 2025) under the European Union-funded EATFISH project undertaking research entitled “societal perception of aquaculture internationally”. It is a multidisciplinary research project led by Professor Dr David Little, University of Stirling, United Kingdom aimed at integrating socio-economic and governance aspects needed for sustainable and profitable aquaculture.
Mausam has a Master of Science in technology in Integrated Food Studies with a specialization in sensory and consumer science from the University of Copenhagen, Denmark and a second Master of Science in Public Health from the University of East London, United Kingdom. Mausam’s main research interests are sensory science, eating behaviour, modern food system and sustainable food consumption.
